Neuro-Linguistic Programming describes the fundamental dynamics between mind (neuro) and language (linguistic) and how their interplay affects our body and behavior (programming). NLP is the most effective & proven tool to change unwanted behavioral patterns in a human being.

NLP was created and developed in the early 1970’s by Dr Richard Bandler and John Grinder. They studied the most effective therapists at that time together and formulated a methodology whereby they began to understand how these successful therapists were so effective and efficient and how to model other elements of human behaviour excellence.

NLP can be divided into two main areas – using communication to influence others, and using it to improve and empower one’s self. By using carefully structured language and non-verbal communication techniques, it can influence decisions of others.
